**Company Overview:**

We are working closely with a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Milton Keynes to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with various learning needs, including PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support to pupils in various learning contexts, empowering them to achieve their educational and personal goals.

**Salary:** £18-£22 per hour, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**

We require an enthusiastic and empathetic individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to pupils with diverse learning needs.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing individualized support to pupils in the classroom, local environment, and community.
  • Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and developing personalized education plans.
  • Supporting pupils with complex medical conditions and autism.
  • Encouraging independence and promoting self-confidence among pupils.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in special education or a related field.
  • Experience working with pupils with various learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
