The role of a Service Engineer is to provide exceptional technical support and maintenance services for our products and systems. This includes providing on-site corrective/preventative maintenance, offering after-sales technical and commercial support, and developing technical knowledge of highly engineered and automated coil processing and roll forming equipment.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems, and familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving. As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To work within business values and beliefs, at all times.
  • To observe, abide by and enforce the Company's and Client's Health & Safety policies.
  • To always present a professional image to customers whether by telephone, in writing or in person.
  • To develop and maintain good working relationships with customers ensuring you are always punctual, helpful and courteous.

Estimated salary: £43,000-£45,000 per year.
