About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineering Manager to lead our client's IT Engineering function. The successful candidate will oversee the management of the IT Engineering teams, including IAM & Systems Engineering. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the IT Engineering teams, focusing on technical implementation, policies, and processes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the IT Engineering function.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align IT strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Technical Skills

  • Cloud infrastructure experience, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security in AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.
  • Management of Snowflake platform and tooling integration.
  • Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate infrastructure deployment.
  • Experience in managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions.

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who can move at pace and lead the IT Engineering team towards digital transformation.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this position is £100,000 + benefits, based on industry standards and location. This figure is subject to change based on individual circumstances.
