About the RoleKey Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional in-person support to drivers, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
- Guide drivers through onboarding and equip them with the necessary tools for success.
- Help build the Moove brand and foster driver enthusiasm.
- Stay up-to-date on Moove policies and procedures.
- Register new drivers and verify accurate information while ensuring compliance with Moove standards.
- Welcome and greet customers with a smile.
- Accurately describe Moove's product features and benefits to drivers.
- Ensure all onboarded drivers are transferred to the Moove Fleet account.
- Resolve driver-related issues.
- Collaborate with the City Fleet Manager to build harmonious relationships between drivers.
- Develop a driver funnel dashboard for new driver acquisition across various channels.
- Manage driver referral and incentive schemes.
- Manage driver agency relationships to ensure they meet company KPIs.
