About the Role

As a Sales Executives Off-Road Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional in-person support to our drivers.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Onboarding drivers and equipping them with the necessary tools for success
  2. Helping to build the Moove brand and driving driver engagement
  3. Ensuring compliance with Moove policies and procedures
  4. Registering new drivers and verifying accurate driver information
  5. Welcoming and greeting customers with a smile
  6. Accurately describing Moove's product features and benefits to drivers
  7. Transferring onboarded drivers to the Moove Fleet account
  8. Resolving driver-related issues
  9. Collaborating with the City Fleet Manager to build harmonious relationships between drivers
  10. Developing a driver funnel dashboard for new driver acquisition across various channels
  11. Managing driver referral and incentive schemes
  12. Managing driver agency relationships to ensure they meet company KPIs
