About Moove

We're revolutionizing mobility finance in emerging markets with a technology-enabled lending model. Our goal is to make auto finance and vehicles accessible for on-demand ridesharing services in tier 1 African cities.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional in-person support to our drivers. Your tasks will include:

  • Onboarding drivers and equipping them with the necessary tools for success
  • Helping to build the Moove brand and driving driver engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with Moove policies and procedures
  • Registering new drivers and verifying their information
  • Welcoming and greeting customers with a smile
  • Communicating Moove's product features and benefits to drivers
  • Resolving driver-related issues and working with the City Fleet Manager to build harmonious relationships
  • Managing driver referral and incentive schemes
  • Collaborating with driver agencies to meet company KPIs
