About the Role

JS Recruitment UK LTD is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to clients in the digital education sector.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or live chat
  • Respond to and resolve technical queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support new customers with digital setup and provide remote training by phone and/or video conferencing
  • Ensure queries are dealt with in line with service level agreements
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
