About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Day Concierge to join our team at Savills Management Resources. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, tenants, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Professional Presence: Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times, adhering to five-star audit standards.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Greet visitors, manage on-site booking requirements, handle parcels and packages, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work Collaboratively: Establish a professional working relationship with staff, tenants, and contractors, and be the first point of contact for the building.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Maintain a vigilant presence on site, report security breaches, and evacuate residential areas in case of an emergency.
  • Administer Systems: Utilize residential management systems, such as the residents' portal, to ensure smooth resident communications and notifications.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in front-of-house concierge and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Confident, articulate communicator with the ability to build relationships with all types of customers and clients.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Able to work with autonomy and as part of a wider team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • IT Skills: Excellent IT skills, social-media awareness, and up-to-date with new technology.
Working Hours and Salary

12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off, with a salary of £30,000.
