About the Role

VickerStock is seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Manager to join our team in Newtownards. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and product development, ensuring the highest quality standards, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement R&D strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Manage and develop R&D processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product development projects
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management and manufacturing process management
  • Degree or HND in Food Science/Technology, Food Nutrition and Health, or equivalent industry experience
  • Two years' experience in food preparation and a natural flair for cooking and experimentation
  • Ability to manage key customer relationships and demonstrate commercial acumen
