Engineering Lead

The Engineering Lead - Submarines will be responsible for leading activities and supervising others as they tailor and develop Systems Engineering practices to suit the needs of a particular project/programme of work.
You will provide subject matter expertise and advice to internal and external stakeholders on Systems Engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering.
This role requires a strong understanding of systems engineering approaches, processes, and procedures. You will also need experience in coaching and mentoring others in Systems Engineering practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A degree qualified or equivalent experience in a science technology, engineering, or mathematics related discipline.
- A sound basis in the science of engineering – the basic physics, chemistry, and mathematics on which engineering is founded.
- A strong understanding of systems engineering approaches, processes, and procedures.
This role offers a competitive salary of £85,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
