About the Role

We are looking for a Vehicle Refinishing Technician to join our team in Newton Aycliffe. As a key member of our team, you will prepare surfaces, apply paint, and polish, ensuring a high-quality finish on every vehicle.

Responsibilities include colour identification, mixing, and product ratio. You will also work closely with Section Leaders and participate in improvement activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in painting rolling stock or equivalent, and hold a Level 3 Motor Vehicle Body Repair, Paint and Refinishing qualification or equivalent.

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
