Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Campaigns Officer to join our team at the MND Association. As a key member of our advocacy team, you will play a critical role in driving positive change for the MND Community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement impactful campaigns to raise awareness and advocate for the rights of individuals affected by MND.
  • Collaborate with our National Campaigns Manager and Public Affairs Manager to plan and deliver effective advocacy strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform campaign development and advocacy efforts.
  • Develop and maintain campaign materials, including reports, briefings, and social media content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in campaign development and advocacy, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
  • Strong understanding of the MND Community and the issues affecting individuals and families affected by the disease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
