Job Title: Safety & Emergency Response Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety & Emergency Response Manager to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective safety and emergency response plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of safety and emergency response protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety and emergency response role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety and emergency response plans.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
