Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to pupils with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEMH, SEN, ASC, and ADHD, promoting their educational and holistic development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized Education, Health, and Care (EHC) plans.
  • Support pupils in secondary schools in the Blackpool area, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to commute to and from Blackpool.
  • Experience supporting students with additional needs, including SEMH, SEN, ASC, and ADHD.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with varied start dates.
  • Availability for flexible hours, if required.
