About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Eden Futures. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, and associated complex needs to lead a full and active life.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support service users to achieve their goals and aspirations, taking into account their assessed needs and individual support plans.
  • Provide emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach to ensure the well-being and safety of service users.
  • Support service users to participate in community activities, manage their finances, and take care of their personal needs.
  • Act as an informal point of contact for service users' families and social workers.
  • Accurately record and report any issues related to the care and support of service users.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and promote a safe environment for all.

  • Caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to remain positive and empathetic, even in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to support colleagues when needed.
