  • Lead quality assurance audits to ensure best practice and report against agreed performance measures.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard our service users and staff.
  • Develop and implement effective supervision structures to support our team members.
  • Prioritize tasks to minimize risks when demand is high.
