We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Resolution Specialist to join our team at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Use data analytics to identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service level agreements.
