About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Starling Bank. As a Complaint Resolution Expert, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive a fair and satisfactory outcome to their complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, empathizing with their concerns and providing regular updates throughout the investigation process.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Adapt to changing requirements and priorities, demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
