Job Summary

The Associate HR People Partner will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results. This includes providing HR consultation and delivery of HR programs and processes in areas such as employee and labor relations, compliance, and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Provide guidance to key leaders on employee relations and deployment of programs that minimize legal risks and strengthen manager and employee relationships.
  • Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach.
  • Assist senior management in developing solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.
  • Support regional initiatives such as labor relations, union negotiations, compliance, policy design, review, and deployment, as well as performance management.
  • Recommend new policies, procedures, and approaches to continually improve the efficiency of the department and organization, with a focus on improving the employee experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with progressive HR practices and key trends.
  • Manage employee relations counseling, investigations, performance improvement plans, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
  • Partner with the People & Culture team in the recruitment process, while also helping to create job descriptions, postings, and assisting hiring managers with filtering and selection processes.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on HR-related processes and provide ongoing updates and reports.
  • Manage internal employee communication and engagement through feedback programs, surveys, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Align work with the company culture and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVES: Previous experience as an HR professional supporting European countries, primarily.
  • Strong Employee Relations background, Labor Compliance, Policy experience for the regional countries in scope.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
