HMP Ashfield Program Lead

**Program Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled HMP Ashfield Program Lead to manage POPS' Family Services Contract and oversee the delivery of our services at HMP Ashfield.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and ensuring compliant delivery. You will work closely with the prison's senior leadership team to develop their Children and Families strategy.
As a leading provider of Family Support services, POPS has established itself as a trusted partner in the community. Our services include training, advocacy, and emotional support, all designed to help individuals cope with the challenges of having a loved one in prison.
As a HMP Ashfield Program Lead, you can expect a salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. Training will be provided, and we value diversity in our workforce.
