Technical Program Lead

The Centre for Sustainable Energy is seeking an experienced Technical Program Lead to join our Modelling and Software Team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical projects, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting business development.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience in software development or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully leading technical projects. You will have experience using project management tools and techniques, as well as Agile methodologies and project management techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects from planning to delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Research and Analysis team, CSE, and external partners
  • Support business development, including creating bids and pricing
  • Oversee Quality Assurance function within Modelling and Software Team
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Several years of professional experience in software development or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects
  • Experience using project management tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical abilities
