Key Responsibilities
  • Provide flexible and open-ended support packages to individuals at risk of repeat homelessness, helping them access and maintain a safe and secure home.
  • Work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver Housing First principles and achieve positive outcomes for service users.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including service users, landlords, and other agencies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective strategies to prevent homelessness and support service users in achieving their goals.

  • A competitive salary of £29,269 - £35,745 per annum (Band 5 - 6).
