Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage staff within the care package to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Continuously monitor and improve standards and quality of care delivered to service users.
- Manage a caseload of complex clients and their care packages, both clinically and holistically.
- Develop, review, and implement service user care plans and risk assessments in line with CQC regulations and best practice guidance.
- Assist in developing the skills of non-qualified staff to support you in delivering exceptional care.
