We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Neuromodulation Service team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert clinical care and support to patients with chronic pain, spasticity, and long-term neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide up-to-date evidence-based care and assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care for patients with chronic pain and long-term neurological conditions.
  2. Facilitate short and long-term follow-up of patients through provision of nurse-led clinics, telephone triage, and day case admissions.
  3. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, individualized care to patients and their carers.
