Job Title: Supply Chain Solutions Coordinator

Are you a candidate with a passion for supply chain management? Do you have experience in freight forwarding or a related field? The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Solutions Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor PO uploads and ensure timely resolution of failed POs
  • Work towards set KPIs in accordance with specific audits
  • Assist clients in vendor booking and ensure timely shipment
  • Perform daily checks for approvals and escalate issues to management
  • Chase origins for missing cargo received dates and resolve issues
  • Assist in the production of monthly KPI reports and attend review meetings
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or a related field
  • Degree-level qualification
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
