About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Global ER Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Team, you'll play a crucial role in promoting a values-led culture across our 11 international locations.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage ER cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Work closely with People Partners to identify trends in ER matters and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with Legal and external counsel to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement ER policies and procedures to support our global operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on ER-related matters.
