About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Team Member at YHA Brecon Beacons. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming hospitality to all our customers, members, and guests.
  • Work on reception and offer insights about the hostel and the local area to ensure every guest feels informed and welcomed.
  • Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service.
  • Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
  • Assist in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride.
