About the Job

The successful Dispatch Operative will play a vital part in our fast-paced production team, ensuring the accurate and efficient dispatch of finished products to customers across the UK.

You will coordinate shipments, verify order accuracy, and maintain a seamless workflow from the production floor to final delivery. Familiarity with scanner machine readers is advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Ensure all shipments are accurate and meet customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet dispatch targets.

Working Conditions:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm on a continental shift pattern.
  • Flexibility is required during busy periods, as shifts may occasionally be extended.

Compensation:

  • £11.93 per hour (basic rate).
  • £14.91 per hour (overtime).
