About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at LeaCourt Independent Hospital in Warrington. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective occupational therapy interventions to achieve the delivery of strategic and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, autonomy, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address occupational performance and environmental needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records.
  • Participate in the induction of new staff and the training, education, and assessment of OT students.
Requirements
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health problems in a variety of healthcare settings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
