Key Responsibilities- Provide effective occupational therapy interventions to achieve the delivery of strategic and business objectives.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, autonomy, and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address occupational performance and environmental needs.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records.
- Participate in the induction of new staff and the training, education, and assessment of OT students.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health problems in a variety of healthcare settings.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
