About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at LeaCourt Independent Hospital in Warrington. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective occupational therapy interventions to achieve the delivery of strategic and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, autonomy, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and other stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in occupational therapy.
Requirements
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health problems in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
