Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at LeaCourt Independent Hospital in Warrington. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective occupational therapy interventions to achieve the delivery of strategic and business objectives.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, autonomy, and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and other stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in occupational therapy.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health problems in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
