About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at LeaCourt Independent Hospital in Warrington. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to adults with mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective occupational therapy interventions to achieve the delivery of strategic and business objectives.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
- Work closely with other professionals, including nurses, doctors, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Contribute to the evaluation and continued development of the Occupational Therapy Service.
- Participate in the induction of new staff and the training, education, and assessment of OT students.
Requirements
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience of working with adults with mental health problems in a variety of healthcare settings.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
