About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the role and driving success by taking a deep dive into the business, reviewing current processes, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and growth.

Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct a thorough analysis of the business, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  2. Implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline processes.
