Job Description


The Business Development Strategic Partnership Manager will work closely with colleagues across the Children's Services Directorate and IT to ensure that Mosaic meets the evolving needs of our services. This pivotal role involves translating service needs into technical capabilities, as well as communicating the opportunities and benefits of Mosaic to stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Mosaic with our business operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and prioritize system developments
  • Provide line management support to the C&F Business Development Officer and ensure effective use of Mosaic across the organization
  • Represent Hampshire County Council at the Mosaic regional User Group and foster connections with other Local Authorities
