About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to join our team at Vodafone UK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of products, driving a roadmap of improvements in contract terms, pricing, product performance, processes, and partner negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the commercial performance of DLM products, ensuring we hit KPI's and Budget targets.
  • Develop effective sales strategies with multiple vendors and types of stock disposition, from e-commerce, nearly new to wholesale auctions.
  • Work closely with the product team to effectively deliver on goals and strategies for DLM, work with channels to ensure Trade In is a priority goal and manage commercial performance and compliance in cross-functional virtual team partnerships.
  • Assess new product feature requirements, enhancements, and ideas for new DLM products.
  • Manage the Trade In and Refurbished Device vendor partnerships, ensuring stock and sales KPI's are delivered to target and in budget.
