Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team in London, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and negotiating contracts to secure deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel managers, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure deals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a senior role.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English, with additional European language skills an advantage.
