Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, driving improvements and solving technical challenges to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee technical standards from farm to fork, ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with major UK retailers, ensuring products are produced safely and to the highest quality.
  • Innovation: Collaborate with leading institutes to work on exciting projects, driving cutting-edge advancements in fresh produce quality.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of food safety standards and technical expertise in the food sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive improvements and solve technical challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
