About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Handler to join our Motor Claims team at Davies Group Ltd. As a Claims Handler, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a professional and empathetic service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, including personal injury from inception to settlement.
  • Support the delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistently high levels of service.
  • Input accurate data and ensure data maintenance.
  • Interact and communicate with clients.
Requirements
  • Experience of dealing with motor personal injury claims under the predictive costs regime is desirable.
  • Experience of the OIC and MOJ portals.
  • Pre-litigation experience.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Organisational skills.
