Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Seacroft Court. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with their personal care and hygiene needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
- Conduct regular welfare checks to ensure residents are safe and well, and respond promptly to any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Support residents with their dietary needs, ensuring they receive nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day.
- Encourage residents to engage in physical activity, promoting their mobility and independence.
- Provide companionship and social interaction to residents, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other care professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting the health and well-being of our residents.
- Competitive hourly rates of pay, ranging from £11.67 to £12.00 per hour, dependent on qualification level.
