The Role: Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter to join our Responsive Repairs team. You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our properties across Skegness and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out a range of carpentry repairs and installations, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Demonstrate proficiency in various carpentry techniques and possess knowledge of building regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople to deliver comprehensive repair solutions.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices at all times.

Skills and Experience:

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Carpenter, ideally within the social housing sector.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, plaster patching, decorating, and wall tiling would be advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full driving license.
