  • Referral Processes: Coordinate referral processes for Medium Risk Victims, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with senior management to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key agencies.
  • Awareness and Training: Deliver awareness sessions on domestic abuse, promoting education and prevention.
  • Service Development: Support the setup of new services, driving innovation and growth.
  • Workload Management: Plan and manage workload effectively, ensuring efficient service delivery.

General Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Development: Promote the development of the organization, driving growth and improvement.

Requirements:

Applicants must have managerial experience and substantial experience in coordinating support services for individuals experiencing domestic abuse. An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
