About the Opportunity

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to manage incoming calls, workforce planning, and reactive maintenance work coming through from external clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Schedule work across stated contracts, ensuring efficient use of resources
  2. React to emergencies raised by clients, overseeing engineer attendance and resolving issues promptly
  3. Plan and implement improvements to location and response time efficiencies
  4. Manage PPMs/WAFs assigned to subcontractors, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  5. Take ownership of daily workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  6. Determine 'P' codes accurately, using technical knowledge to resolve client queries
  7. Handle customer complaints and queries, providing exceptional service and support
  8. Oversee completion of PPMs on Maximo, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  9. Control and issue engineers' uniforms, maintaining a professional image
  10. Produce monthly performance reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  11. Manage contract performance schedules, chasing subcontractors' reports and schedules
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Services, Admin, PA, Project Management)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and making effective decisions quickly
  • Experience in financial performance penalties, understanding budget constraints
Salary and Benefits
