Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management for International Development

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Tutor to contribute to the Global Development Institute's current masters teaching programmes within its Management, Governance and Development teaching cluster. This role will specifically support teaching on the MSc International Development: Human Resource Management.

The successful candidate will be expected to hold a PhD (or equivalent) in human resource management for international development or a related subject. They should have demonstrable experience of teaching and assessment, if possible within a postgraduate context with a diverse student cohort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of course units
  • Deliver seminars and tutorials
  • Assess student assignments
  • Provide academic advising and dissertation supervision
