About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Representative to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a Technical Representative, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our beer dispense equipment in a wide variety of locations, including pubs, clubs, restaurants, and large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair beer dispense equipment
  • Conduct surveys for installations and maintain dispense and cooling equipment
  • Advise, instruct, and train customers on the use of our equipment
  • Build relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met
Requirements
  • Live within the Grimsby area
  • Hold a valid driving license
  • Be comfortable with modern technology devices, including smartphones, apps, and tablets
  • Be team-oriented and have good customer service skills
  • Have good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Be able to handle difficult conversations professionally
