We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Representative to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a Technical Representative, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our beer dispense equipment in a wide variety of locations, including pubs, clubs, restaurants, stadia, and large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair beer dispense equipment
- Conduct surveys for installations and ensure that equipment is installed correctly
- Maintain and repair dispense and cooling equipment
- Advise, instruct, and train customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment
- Build relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
We are looking for a practical, logical problem-solver with an aptitude to learn. You will receive an immersive two-week technical training course followed by ongoing field support to deliver some of the UK's leading brands to customers.
You will be responsible for arranging your own travel routes, ordering and returning equipment, and managing vehicle stock. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements- Live within Grimsby or surrounding areas
- Driving Licence
- Comfortable with modern technology devices - smartphones, apps, and tablets
- Team Oriented
- Good customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving
- Good verbal and written skills are essential
- Reliance - on occasion professionally handle difficult conversations
