About the Role
We're looking for a technical representative to join our team as a Drinks Dispense Technician. As a key member of our team, you'll spend your days installing, maintaining, and repairing our beer dispense equipment.
You'll work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs and clubs to high-end restaurants, stadia, and large-scale events. We're looking for someone who is practical, logical, and a problem solver with an aptitude to learn.
You'll receive an immersive two-week technical training course followed by ongoing field support to deliver some of the UK's leading brands to customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair beer dispense equipment
- Arrange travel routes, order and return equipment, and manage vehicle stock
- Conduct surveys for installations, maintain dispense and cooling equipment, and advise, instruct, and train customers
- Build relationships with colleagues and customers
- Live and breathe our health and safety standards
About You
We're looking for someone who is comfortable with modern technology devices, has good customer service skills, and is a team player. You'll need to be comfortable with occasional difficult conversations and have good verbal and written skills.
