The role will involve day-to-day management of the speciality and operational management support. You will be responsible for managing timely and effective recruitment and retention of staff, ensuring appraisals are carried out for all staff, and identifying training needs.

You will work closely with the General Manager to monitor activity levels, develop improvement plans, and ensure compliance with relevant CQC standards. Your excellent problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate with and influence staff at all levels will be essential in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a valued member of our team, you will receive ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
