Job Title: Digital Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Software Delivery Team within our Digital Banking Innovation Practice based in Northampton.

About the Role:

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle and project methodology, governance, and best practice are followed as per the centrally defined standards, principles, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Work cross-functionally with application and infrastructure teams as well as third parties to ensure effective delivery within the required budgets and timeframes.
  • Deliver projects within the £500k-£2m per annum budget range.
  • Experience in software development methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
  • Experience of delivering in an onshore and offshore development model.

Requirements:

  • Significant Project Management experience specifically within Software Delivery.
  • Project management qualification with experience of managing a portfolio of projects.
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence tools.
  • Project Management experience within a financial establishment.
  • Experience using full Microsoft Office suite.
