We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Software Delivery Team within our Digital Banking Innovation Practice based in Northampton.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle and project methodology, governance, and best practice are followed as per the centrally defined standards, principles, and KPIs.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and be comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously. You will work cross-functionally with application and infrastructure teams as well as third parties to ensure effective delivery within the required budgets and timeframes.

This opportunity is open to remote/hybrid working arrangements but will require up to 2 days per week in the Northampton office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of projects (£500k-£2m per annum) in a complex organization.
  • Experience in software development methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
  • Deliver in an onshore and offshore development model.
  • Use JIRA and Confluence tools.
  • Project management qualification.

  • Competitive Salary - £50,000-£70,000.
