We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Software Delivery Team within our Digital Banking Innovation Practice in Northampton. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software projects, managing project methodologies, governance, and best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology-driven financial services company, offering a competitive salary, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage software delivery projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
* Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, testing, and deployment
* Ensure adherence to project methodologies, governance, and best practices

**Requirements**

* Significant project management experience in software delivery, preferably in a financial services environment
* Project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or Agile
* Experience with software development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
* Ability to work in an onshore and offshore development model

**Desirable Skills**

* Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
* Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira or Asana
