About You

  • We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Support Staff member to join our team.
  • You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide person-centred care and support, respecting the individual needs and preferences of each resident.
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes for residents.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements and Benefits

  • Relevant experience in caring for older adults, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A competitive salary, ranging from £19,000 to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
